Questions hotel owners ask
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, and can be added to a phone's home screen like an app.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. Guests, stock, menus, vendors, company accounts and employees can be imported from a spreadsheet. Rooms and rates are set up in Settings.
Does it connect to Booking.com, Airbnb and MakeMyTrip?
Yes, wherever the site offers a calendar link. Sold rooms are blocked on both sides automatically. A calendar link carries dates only, so the guest's details come from the online check-in form. Full two-way rate and availability sync is not available yet.
Is my hotel's data separate from other hotels?
Yes. Each hotel's guests, bills and staff are kept apart and cannot be seen by another hotel. An administrator can download everything at any time.
Can my staff use it in Hindi?
Yes. The kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, POS, stores and laundry screens are in Hindi as well as English, and each person chooses their own language.
Does it send messages on WhatsApp?
Yes, once you connect your hotel's own number through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages then come from your hotel, not from us.
